I live and work in Portland, Oregon.

I photograph music because I love it and I want to be a part of it, but I'm no good at playing it myself. Unless you are looking for someone to belt out some mid-90's alt rock on a cheap acoustic guitar, in which case I'm your man.

I photograph weddings because it's challenging and incredibly rewarding to document an event that will (hopefully) be one of the most memorable and important moments of two peoples' lives. It's a special privilege to take photos that will be proudly displayed and shared with someone's grandkids, 50 years from now.

I photograph everything else because the earth is a spectacular place. I feel lucky to be here for a short time, savoring the space with so many interesting people, creatures, and things.
